Process:  

1. We will need your artwork to proceed. IF you do artwork in Adobe Illustrator, then please send to-scale drawing in file format *.AI   OR  Fax art work to (714) 480-1005. Please indicate actual size in mm or inches on artwork. IF you have artwork in other formats, we accept *.BMP, *.GIF, *.JPG    If you have questions, please just give us a call...we are easy to work with. 

2. IF you want transfers of words in rhinestones or nail heads, please consider this to be art work. Again, either fax or transmit art work, TO SIZE. IF words, please indicate size of finished word in either mm or inches, and Font if known. IF you submit Words, we will give you a quick estimate of the cost per transfer IF you tell us how many transfers you need, the quality of the Rhinestones (nail heads)...but this will be an estimate only. For absolute pricing, we must do a set up in our CAD systems, and there is a charge for CAD setup. 

3. General Setup Guide lines. For words, you are probably better off going with a smaller stone (SS6 or SS10) and use more of them ... the transfers will "read" better. Larger sizes will require fewer stones, but will be harder to read.  For Artwork, logos, etc., Please indicate Stone Size, stone placement. You may use up to 4 different elements in your design with no additional costs. (an element is a stone size, a stone color, a nail head...or any variation of these items. 

4. Set Up Charges: We charge $ 50.00 per hour spent setting up design. The design is then filed in digital format and held in your name. Transfers made from this design will incur no additional set up fees upon reorder. Any changes in design will result in a new set up fee. You will save on Set Up if you submit *.AI files, as these are directly importable into our CAD program. 

5. Transfer Costs are based upon:

    A: Quality of Rhinestone: 

        1) Swarovski is the most expensive, and the glues are probably superior to other  stones...Only Swarovski is Dry Cleanable. 

        2) Czech Machine Cut rhinestones are a 1/2 step below Swarovski Quality, have good glue, but are NOT dry cleanable. 

        3) Rhinestone Guy Machine Cut Rhinestones: Crystal only, excellent quality, Glues are good, but are NOT dry cleanable.

        4) Rhinestone Guy 2-Cut are good rhinestones, have good glue, are certainly the least expensive, and have the quality found on many garments purchased in department stores. The Glue is NOT dry cleanable. 

        5) Nail Heads: We offer 3 types nail heads: Flat Spot in Gold or Silver, Faceted Nail head in Gold or Silver, and Pearl Dome Nail head in Gold or Silver.  Nail Heads have good glue, are NOT dry cleanable, and are by far, the least expensive of transfers. 

    B: The size of the Rhinestone:  Usually, the larger the rhinestone, the more expensive it is, smaller rhinestones require more stones, but the effects in patterns are probably more pleasing. You can mix sizes, but we do NOT recommend a large stone size variation in the same transfer due to application problems when applying. ( do not mix SS 6 with SS30 in the same transfer, the time require to mount the SS 30 will have spread the glue too far and weaken the bond of the SS 6 when set at the same time. )

    C: The color of the Rhinestone: Colored rhinestones are more expensive than Clear (Crystal) rhinestones. Use colors as needed to produce the effect you want. Remember, you may use up to 4 elements in your design, an element is a change of color, or size, or both. 

    D) The number of Rhinestones: This is the most direct effect on the cost of a transfer...the higher the number, the more expensive the transfer. 

WE USE ONLY SILICON TRANSFER TAPE !  We do not ship on Acrylic Transfer tape, for Acrylic Tapes often allow movement of the stones during shipment. Silicon Tape is expensive, but is worth the money. Do not be fooled by those who say they use Silicon tape and send you Acrylic Tape...Acrylic Tape is 1/2 the cost of Silicon Tape.

PRICING: You can figure your own prices from the following tables as a starter. The cost per stone set is shown below, sorted by Quality, Color, and transfer number ordered at any one time....the more the transfers ordered, the less expensive each transfer will be: 

Final price will include: Stone cost, Transfer paper charge, and run fee, plus any set up charges required.  There are NO overseas shipping charges. ALL transfer work is done IN HOUSE, at our facilities in Santa Ana, CA

EXAMPLE:   Swarovski,  SS 6 Crystal rhinestone, requiring 55 rhinestones:  run of 250 each, size of transfer is 2 x 4" (actual paper size will be 4X6)

    55 X .035 =                                     $ 1.92

    24 sq inch paper at .005/ sq inch   =   .12

       Transfer price:                             $2.04

Add a one time End run fee of 10.00 per run

EXAMPLE 2:  RG 2X Rhinestone, SS10, Crystal , Large Transfer requiring 175 rhinestones, 5 X 5 " , 500 units

    175 X .011                   =    1.925

    35 sq inch X .005         =      .175

Total Price for Transfer        2.10    !! (with 175 rhinestones!)

Timing of transfer production: Production of transfers is dependent upon Rhinestone Availability and how busy we are at any one time. IF we have rhinestones in stock, and IF you have an emergency, we can insert your job into the schedule on an emergency basis..there is a $100.00 fee for emergency services. 

 Timing:  Generally, if you plan on a large run of transfers utilizing 100's to 1000's of gross rhinestones, it is STRONGLY advised to place order well in advance of production. A deposit to cover the price of the rhinestones is required. Please note: Large amounts of a given rhinestone often require weeks to acquire, and be warned that in some instances, a particular color/size/quality will not be available for your production timing. (Rhinestones are very popular at this time, and quantities available at any one time are dependant upon production schedules in Europe.)

Payment: Payment of 50% of quote due at time stones are obtained. Balance of Payment is due prior to producing the transfers.
